Meet India's President and Managing Director Arun Awasthy

India plays a very important role in Johnson Controls’ transformation and growth strategy as we continue to lead with our purpose to make buildings smarter, healthier, and sustainable. We are excited to announce that Arun Awasthy is appointed as President and Managing Director, Johnson Controls India, effective August 2022. He will be based out in Gurgaon.

Arun will lead the Johnson Controls business in India. He brings over 35 years of experience and for the past 18 years, he has been in general management roles leading India and regional P&Ls. Prior to Johnson Controls Arun worked in multiple industries in leading companies like APTIV, Indus Towers, GE and Hero Honda.

Arun is highly customer-focused and committed to helping our customers win everywhere, every day and creating greater value for all of our customers by providing quality products, services and solutions.
