Pond Rejuvenation

Recently, Johnson Controls India joined hands with Rotary Club for project Pushkar, under CSR project – JCI cares - Project Puskar is a revival of the existing pond for water conservation by rejuvenation of a percolation pond through recharge pits at Dhankot, Gurgaon, Haryana.

Through pond rejuvenation of Dhankot villagers will get many benefits as the water will be revived and rejuvenated, which will lead to an increase in groundwater, safe drinking water beautification of the pond and a friendly ambience with lighting facility during the night helps in the safety and security of the villagers.

On the auspicious day of Makar Sakranti on 13th Jan-2023 a Bhumi Pujan work for pond rejuvenation has organized by Rotary Club Gurgaon and on this occasion, Arun Awasthy, Managing Director and president, Yang YI, Procurement Director, Mr Chetan Tinaikar Sr Category Manager, Tanvi Sharma - Sr Pricing Manager and Sudhir Srivastava, Dy General Manager HR participated in the program.

PHD Rural Development Foundation is working on Pond rejuvenation work and the team committed to completing the project by March 2023. This activity demonstrates our dedication and commitment to the environment.
