Johnson Controls Showcases Integrated Traffic Management System in Pune

Johnson Controls showcased our integrated traffic management system at the one-day Pune Smart City conference.

One of the key concerns addressed at the conference was transportation and mobility. A panel comprising of industry experts, including Prasun Talukdar, our subject matter expert on key vertical projects, weighed in on issues such as inadequate public transportation capacity, overcrowded road networks, poor road conditions, and lack of pedestrian walkways.

Conference delegates, amongst them state municipal commissioners and mayors, learnt about Johnson Controls experience in smart cities projects and our comprehensive mobility solutions such as SCATS & Meridian.

Pune is the second largest city in the state of Maharashtra, after the state capital city of Mumbai. Other key focus in Pune’s smart city mission include energy, environment and sustainability, safety and security.
