Marlon Sullivan is executive vice president & chief human resources officer of Johnson Controls.
Previous to joining Johnson Controls in October 2021, he held the position of senior vice president for Human Resources (HR) for Delta Airlines.
Prior to his role at Delta, Sullivan served as a vice president in HR with Abbott Laboratories, and his experience also includes HR roles of increasing responsibility with The Home Depot.
Sullivan earned his bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from Morehouse College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
